construction contractors, and client representatives, all participating in design
decision-making with the architect. To achieve this interaction, we assemble the best
possible team for each project, and emphasize the following:
- Use of Work sessions for Decision-making-- Frequent work sessions with the project team
are held to discuss alternatives and determine direction, especially during the design
phase.
- Client/User Involvement-- The client becomes an integral member of the project team,
participating in decision-making and project work sessions.
- Construction Contractor Involvement-- Up-to-date construction experience plays a
valuable role on the project team in assessing alternatives and estimating project
budgets.
