Facilities master plan for $20,000,000 expansion of 100,000 sq.ft. existing aquarium and
museum facility. The project included: Assessment of existing facilities; Programmatic
analysis of development possibilities; Site analysis; Development and evaluation of
alternative expansion schemes, Phasing analysis; Budget analysis; and Development of
master plan design drawings and documentation for the final report. Project was done in
conjunction with a project planning consultant and economic impact consultant.
